Kamala advisors tell the NYT they now "point to that debate moment [with Tulsi in July] as accelerating Ms. Harris’s decline," and afterwards "donors were alarmed and urged the campaign to strike back at Ms. Gabbard more aggressively." Any idiot on the internet inferred this, lol
