While on Steve Bannon’s War Room, PA Senator Doug Mastriano announces the PA legislature will draft a joint resolution to take back power from the Secretary of State in the appointment of presidential electors and reverse the certification. He also said he is going to “take the fight all the way to the Supreme Court if we have to”. If resolution passes, it would give the Pennsylvania legislature significant control over determining their 20 electors

Mastriano was one of the main PA senators during the special session held on Wednesday listening to Rudy Guiliani’s testimony on election fraud in Pennsylvania. He was also blocked on Twitter with no reason.

A Pennsylvania district court blocked the certification of electors for Joe Biden on Wednesday.

Mastriano is a retired Colonel of the United States Army and is the state senator for Pennsylvania’s 33rd District.
