As Georgia will begin its hand audit recap, the Georgia Governor has the final say and certification of the Georgia electors for US President.
The current governor of Georgia is Republican Brian Kemp whom Donald Trump helped win in 2018 against Stacey Abrams, will have to decide what happens with the Electors.
Here are the three options that could come down to:
- After the hand audit recount is done and shows that Donald J. Trump has won Georgia, awards Trump the electors.
- The hand recount doesn’t show enough evidence of voter fraud and rewards the electors to former Vice President Joe Biden.
- Its close, and gives the electors to Biden.
