Disgraced ex-Gov. Andrew Cuomo was charged Thursday with groping a former aide — a crime that could force him to register as a sex offender if he’s convicted.
On a 5-3 vote (Justice Gorsuch not participating), the US Supreme Court overturned the 10th Circuit’s stay and will allow Oklahoma to resume executions today. Once again, the Court abdicated its legal and moral responsibility to prevent cruel and unusual punishment.
