The gunman who killed four people and critically wounded a fifth at a Southern California office building knew all the victims and apparently before opening fire chained shut the gates to two entrances, delaying police from getting inside, authorities said Thursday.
A 9-year-old boy was among the four people killed when a gunman opened fire at a Southern California real estate office on Wednesday. The child appeared to have died in his mother’s arms as she tried to shield him from the gunfire, the authorities said.https://t.co/GI7hPbS4EB
